Music for Balance and Relaxation Vol.3

Today we spread out our yoga mats on an unspecified Mediterranean Ocean and close our eyes and breathe deeply in and out. „Music for Balance and Relaxation Vol3.“ is based on processed sounds from Roland JP-8000, Yamaha DX11 and Moog Grandmother & brings us 30 minutes of Sounds for Vacation and doesn't take our eyes off the sea in the background. Volume 3, of course, suggests two previous albums and continues where volume one & two left off with beautiful Balearic Ambient Meditations. Tomasz Bednarczyk, who lives and produces in Warsaw and Wrocław and has already produced several releases for Room 40 and the New York 12K label, invites us with “Music for Balance & Relaxation” to pause for a moment and press the inner stop button and to sharpen the senses again for the essential things in life. Now what is the most important thing in life? Of course, every person will name it differently. Anyway: get started.

(Ok. Today is Friday. The weekend is just around the corner. You may have a lot of other things to do before you can relax. Ok, you can roll out your mat on other days too. The important thing is that you do it. 🤗).

Personal note: my roots are actually in Estonia (grandmother & father), but I also have deep roots in Wrocław. This is probably the case for many people from my age group. The Second World War and the curse movements caused families to be scattered far and wide. I don't have a current point of contact, but perhaps Bednarczyk's music is a first contact.
